How The Year Is Split
Fall and spring are registered separately so families are never locked into a full year up front. Most players do both, and the curriculum is written on the assumption that they will.
Block A · Sep – Nov
The bigger of the two blocks and where squads are set for the year. Ten league fixtures, opening weekend on 13 September, and the Solar Cup hosted at our own pitches in the first week.
Block B · Mar – May
Squads carry over from fall with room for new players who came through the winter indoor block. Ten more fixtures, warmer ground, and a heavier tactical emphasis now that the group knows each other.
Age Groups & Formats
Formats step up deliberately. A player moving from 7v7 to 9v9 has already spent a season learning the shapes that make 9v9 make sense.

Boys and girls divisions run at every age group. Where numbers are short in a single age year we combine two years rather than cancel a squad, and players always train with their own age band.
The Year Ahead
Dates are confirmed through to the spring block. Fixture times are published each Wednesday for the coming weekend once the league releases appointments.

Rosters published and coaches make contact with every family before the first session.
06 Sep
U10, U12 and U14 divisions at United Fields. Free entry for supporters, 8:00am kick-off.
13 Sep
League fixtures begin across all age groups. Home and away appointments published Wednesday.
22 Nov
Final fixtures, then written development reviews issued to every registered player.
07 Mar
Second block begins. New players who came through indoor are folded into squads.
16 May
Last fixtures, club awards evening, and open tryouts for the following year the week after.

What A Match Day Looks Like
Match days have a routine and we hold to it. Players who treat the warm-up as optional do not start, regardless of ability, and every family knows that before the first whistle of the season.

Registered per block, not per year. Referee fees, league registration and pitch hire are all inside the number below.
Single Block
Fall or spring, ten league fixtures.

Match Day Bag
Fall opens warm and closes cold. Pack for the second half of the block from day one and you will not get caught out.
Outdoor Questions
Roughly half the fixtures are at United Fields and half are away. Away venues are within a forty-minute drive for the younger divisions, and up to about an hour from U15 upward where the league pool is wider. We publish the full travel map before registration closes.
In league fixtures, yes. Every rostered player gets a minimum of half the match. Cup and playoff fixtures are the exception and coaches will tell squads that in advance rather than surprise anyone on the day.
Matches play through rain. Cancellation happens only for lightning or an unplayable surface, and the call comes from the league by 7:00am on match day. Rescheduled fixtures are added to the end of the block, which is why we build two spare weekends into every calendar.
Occasionally, and only when the coaching staff agree it serves the player rather than the team. Playing up is reviewed at the midpoint of every block, and a player who is not getting real minutes at the higher level goes back down without it being treated as a demotion.
From U16 upward. That covers highlight footage from our match cameras, a recruiting profile, guidance on contacting programs, and staff who will pick up the phone to a college coach. It is included in the season fee, not sold as an extra.
