Get It Right First Time
Sizing Guide
Kit runs athletic, which is a polite way of saying it is cut close. If your player is between two sizes or growing quickly, take the larger one.
- Measure the chest, not the age. Youth sizing varies wildly between brands.
- Try before you print. Personalised shirts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sample sizes live at the facility. Ask at the office on any training night.

Ordering, Delivery & Returns
On the full year and year-round outdoor rates, yes, the match kit is issued at no extra cost. Single-block and indoor-only registrations include a training top but not the full match kit, which can be bought here or as part of the Match Day Set bundle.
Name and number printing adds three to four working days to any order. Squad numbers are assigned by the coaching staff after rosters are published, so do not order a personalised shirt before you have been told your player's number.
Unworn items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Personalised items are the exception and cannot be returned, which is why sample sizes are kept at the facility for players to try on before ordering.
We run a kit swap rail at the facility. Families leave outgrown items, other families take what fits, and nobody pays anything. Growing players cost a fortune and there is no reason a shirt worn for four months should go in a bin.
Into the need-based places fund, which pays season fees for families who could not otherwise register. The figure is published in the club accounts at the end of each year alongside how many places it covered.

Kit orders placed after opening weekend sit behind the squad run and take two weeks longer. Get it in early and your player has it for the first fixture.
